A Toronto gal adventuring through motherhood and hustling in running her own business. Fuelled by love and all the coffee all over the city.
A thirty something gal adventuring through motherhood and freelancing; fuelled by all the coffee in Toronto.
Americano mistos and earl grey oatmeal scones give me life most mornings. I’m an amazing parallel parker. I secretly dream of driving a race car on weekends and would choose a stick shift over an automatic any day. Give me all the plaids and all the polka dots and florals; but don’t worry, never all together. No pants are the best pants. I drink too expensive bourbon in Old Fashions and love red wine with girlfriends. Converse over heels, forever and always. Vanilla, smokey, woodsy, cinnamon and burnt notes are my thing.
I’m a five minutes to get ready kind of gal, except I’ll change my outfit like thirty times over. No socks in bed, ever. I’d rather be walking barefoot if it was an option. I danced for 18 years of my life, but can’t carry a tune now. In another life I’d be an actor, or a writer, or a midwife - or a singer. I sing really loudly in the car. I’m a soundtrack queen; name me a song, I’ll tell you what movie its from. Coming home to my babe, my fur babe and my husband give me a sense of excitement, comfort and completely fill my heart with love.
